I was so excited after I went to Target yesterday that I had to share what I got for $5.39...okay it was actually $25.39 but I had a $20 gc so I only had $5.39 OOP and that is the part we all really care about. So here is my loot....

I did have to go to the service desk for the Pampers. Their new system sometimes uses the manufacturers coupon or the store coupon. They looked at the coupons and then refunded me $ back. It happened at the last trip too. You just have to look at your receipt before you leave.

I have officially ran out of room for baby food. I think I'm going to have to retire my $1 off 2 Gerber items! My DH is going crazy because DS won't be eating cereal even for another 2 months!

I'm running out of space to store our Gerber food, too, but I think I am still going to get some more. Free food is too good an offer to pass up (and my babies aren't even eating cereal yet, either!!)!

You never can have enough baby food! Have you figured out what they will eat per day x by the months?

My nephew is eating baby food right now and my sister reminded me she is going through 17 1/2 jars a week! I will probably end up going a few more times anyway. It is so hard to pass up baby food at that price! I've gone 4 times so far so I have a good start.

My SIL went to Target last week and got me the $25 can of Similac for $1. They were clearancing them because they have changed the labels. It was on clearance for $11 and she had the $5 Similac coupon and a $5 Similac check. I'm bf right now but I would rather have the formula and give to someone else than miss a deal like that. You never know if you will need it.

OMG!! I didn't know you could use a check and a man. coupon too. I just bought one and use a $5 check, darn it.

At Target, you can use a Check, a Manufacturer's Coupon AND a Target Coupon (if you're lucky enough to have all 3 for the same transaction!!!)!!!! It's always a good day. Problem is, they just jacked the formula prices way up at my Targets--does anyone know if Target will price match to Walgreen's or CVS? They both have it 21.99 a big can this week, instead of my Target's price of 26.99!!!!

Yes, you can use both a check and a coupon on a can of formula because the check counts as a form of payment, not as a coupon. I've used both coupons and checks at Target and at CVS.

My daughter isn't even due for 6 more weeks and I'm loading up on the stage 2 baby food from Gerber! At my Target most of them don't expire until May of 2009! I went yesterday and today. I'm going again tonight, tomorrow night, and Wednesday night! I'm taking my husband with me tonight so we can go to different lines. I don't use more than 5 coupons (for the baby food) at a time because I don't want to be hassled. I'll still have plenty of food to get us started. Thankfully Target is less than 10 minutes from my house.

I'm making my LAST trip today (I swear) to get more Gerber food before the coupon expires!! My husband will kill me, but my son is still eating the tubs of fruit, so I figure why not!

I just made my last Gerber run today. We have SO MUCH food and it was all pretty much free (combined with manu coupons). I have a giant tub full of it, and more that won't even fit in the tub. But I figure my twins will go through a lot of it when they start eating it, so I am happy I stocked up!
