I went to buy 2 boxes of Kix yesterday. They were on sale for $2.79 ea.

I had 1 Target q for $1 off 2.
I had 2 manu q's for .75 off 1

Cashier at CS wouldn't let me use both .75 manu q's. She said it is only 1 manu q and 1 Target q allowed. She only let me use the $1/2 Target q, and ONE .75/1 manu q. I reminded her I was buying TWO boxes of Kix, she stood her ground.

Sounds like a new made up on the spot rule, or change in policy? I haven't tried using manu q's and target q's together in a while since I was without a printer until recently.

She's wrong. It's 1 tq and 1 mq per item. The tq attached to both items and the 2 mq attached to each item separately.

At Target I tried using a $5/2 enfamil formula 22oz or greater. I was buying 2 35 oz refills (2 17 oz bags per box). they wouldn't accept the coupon stating it was 2 17 oz's. the manager was a complete idiot and wouldn't ring the coupon. it's not like the individual bags are sold separetely they are in a sealed box!
They do make up policy on the spot.

i think so too. in late may i was doing that $5 pantene gc deal and had bought 4 6.99 pantene's and it was a manager ringing me up and he wouldn't let me use my 3/20 beauty purchase catalina (says it's good for hair care)....amusingly enough him and a cashier were speaking loudly about couponers when I first got in the store...and basically talking trash about a particular one and about fraud and stuff (i could hear the whole conversation from the dollar section) so I didn't push the issue. but I did think that conversation wasn't very "professional"
