I went earlier to buy some Kashi cereal, since most of them are $2.99 (even Strawberry Fields, my kids' favorite) and tried to use my $2/1 Kashi IPs from recyclebank.

They wouldn't scan at all, even when the cashier inputed the barcode number. She called a manager and they refused my Qs. I was so sad as I told them to take the cereal out.

Has anyone experienced this? I've never encountered this problem before with recyclebank Qs. And usually Target will push it through, but this wasn't my usual Target. Is there anything I can do?

I'm going to try again tomorrow at my favorite Target. Crossing fingers because we are almost out of cereal.

The Recyclebank Kashi coupons beeped for me at the grocery store, but the cashier overrode them. Just wanted to chime in that they do beep . . .

Okay, I wrote Kashi and asked for help. Hopefully they can do something. I'm going to write recyclebank and Target as well. I wonder if it has to do with the new barcodes that came out this year? I know my grocery store (Safeway) won't accept any of the IPs that have the new barcode, since they won't scan. I wish they'd update their registers so that our IPs can be read.

Yah it seems most of my recyclebank coupons beep for no apparent reason.. had this also happen with my Q-tips coupon last week.. cashier verified correct use then pushed them through.. still annoying

Thats so weird, i used to use those coupons a lot and they never beeped, I dont think i've used one in a couple months though. I know that Recyclebank took the coupon down for awhile and just put it back up, so there must be something wrong with the new one.
