GDA Garnier Mousses and Gels W/ attached Hairsprays
An entire endcap in the health and beauty section of my Target has Garnier full sized Mousses and Gels in different varieties on clearance to $2.93. Regular price is $4.19. Attached is a bonus Garnier Hairspray. ( bigger than the normal size trial). Anyhow I had the $1/1 styler coupons. I always scan my clearance stuff before checking out... guess what... They rang up at .84 each! Hurried back to the end cap and grabbed TONS! Had 22 of the $1/1 styler coupons and 2 printable $1/1 styler. Manager checked me out and she said she didn't want to got through the entire coupon stack to adjust the coupons so she pushed every coupon through! Ended up getting several items free because of the overage!

At my local Target I can only do 5 like coupons in same shopping trip.. Is this all made up policy from Managers or it depends on cashier? ANyone had an issue?

I can use whatever. Seems like your manager is making up their own rules. My Targets just ask that I have a 1/2 cart or less. They don't care if I go to the car and come back, but just not to have too many items at once.

This is one of the kinds of Mousse that was .84 UPC 603084050970 Garnier Fructis Wonder Waves Defining Mousse Level says Strong Had attached hairspray.

Heres another that was .84 UPC 603084260201 Garnier Fructis Curl Construct Weightless Curls and Hold Extra Strong Level Had attached hairspray

Some gels too that says super Stong hold with attached hairspray.
