LOTS OF CONFUSION. I still don't fully understand my receipt. I went back in and they refunded me $20 because the cashier rang up many of my coupons as a purchase rather than a debit and I bought 2 too many Kraft cheeses??? Go figure that one!

Grocery:
2 Banquet Meals = FREE (rang up at the wrong price, so the refunded me the $)
18 Packs of Koolaid @ .25 each = $4.50
4 Packs of Kraft Cheese = FREE (Parade Insert)
2 Bags of Planters Nuts = FREE (IPC)
1 Box of Kashi Vive Cereal = FREE (coupon sent from www.vocalpoint. com)
1 Kraft Dressing = FREE (q from Kraft Magazine)
1 Can of Campbell's Soup = .05 ($1/1 q from compliment email)
1 Container of Similac = FREE w/ $3.51 Overage (Publix Competitor q $3, $1 manu q & $5 manu check)
2 Packs of Hot Dog Buns = $1.58 total
1 Box of Ziplocs = FREE w/ $1 Overage (q from compliment email & $1 Publix Competitor q)

Meat:
1 Small Pack of Angus Beef Back Ribs $1.54 (reduced)
1 Pork Sirloin Roast $6.88 (reduced)
1 Jumbo Pack of Leg Quarters (reduced) $3.53

This is what doesn't add up:

$0.52 Tax
= $18.10 BUT I PAID $22.47 ???

My head hurts trying to figure it out and my receipt is a mess with math all over it.

TOTAL: $57
Paid: $22 (I think this should be $18, but I can't prove it)
Saved: $35 = 61%

Also, they charged me tax on 18 packets of Kool Aid. Why?

Did I mention the entire time I was in check out and at Customer Service I had 3 kids with me and my 13 month old was throwing pretzels, whining, and trying to climb out of the shopping cart. People in line behind me were packing their carts back up and moving to other lanes. Then it poured rain on the way to the car. God has a sense of humor, He really was messing with me! LOL!

Sounds like she needed to void the whole thing and start over...what a mess you poor thing...I would of had a migraine....

I am 33 weeks prego on top of it and was overheating like crazy. LOL! My migraine is gone though and I am super happy about that. :-)
