theres this desert.. and let me say.. DE LISH!! i dont even know what to call it to find a recipe.

its like.. maybe a frozen dough crust? or roll out pizza dough? with some type of cream cheese in the middle and then more type of crust ontop. and then cinnamon sugar all over top. is this anything any of you make? i would love to learn to make this! tia!

I make something similar to that with pillsbury crescent rolls...

roll them out flat...shmear with cream cheese, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar..then roll into one long roll... cut coins... bake with cinnamon sugar..then ice with powdered sugar mixed with frozen oj... yum...

If it's fruit pizza I'm sure you can find a gazillion EASY recipes. I think there's one with a sugar cookie crust...

If you ever need a recipe, log onto Allrecipes.com. They have an ingredient search where you can type what you know is in it and it will show a list of matching recipes. I use this all the time.

Have you tried Allrecipes.com? Or just google the name Hobo Pancakes and see what happens?
