1. Sweepstakes Period: Real Food Summer School Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 6, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 2, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter by visiting www.hellmanns.com or www.bestfoods.com (the "Sweepstakes Websites"), clicking on the Sweepstakes link and completing all required registration information to be entered into that daily drawing and that week's drawing only, and the Grand Prize drawing. Each week ("Period") during the Sweepstakes Period, one potential daily winner per each day of the corresponding Period and one potential weekly winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the end of each Period. Entries will not be carried over into subsequent day's and Period's drawings. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address per day. All entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET each day during the Sweepstakes Period, to be eligible for that day's and week's drawings and the Grand Prize drawing. All entries must be completed and submitted by each Period's end date (as indicated in the chart below), to be eligible for that Period's drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/2/08 to be eligible for the final day's and Period's drawings and the Grand Prize drawing. 3. Random Drawings: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 5, 2008, from among all eligible Grand Prize drawing entries received. One (1) potential Daily Prize winner will be selected per each day of the corresponding Period (7 winners per Period) and one (1) potential Weekly Prize winner will be selected for each Period in each of seventeen (17) separate random drawings on or about the dates listed above, from among all eligible entries received by the end of each day/Period (as defined above). Drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries by the end of each day/Period.

4. Prizes And Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected outdoor grilling package, including, a Weber grill, Weber cooking supplies and accessories, outdoor patio furniture for six, an outdoor 32" LCD TV, a stainless steel outdoor beverage cooler, a six seat hot tub, tableware, flatware, a 40" fire pit, a tiki torch set, an outdoor canopy, Sponsor-selected assorted outdoor game sets, and $4,000.00 in Sponsor-selected Gift Cards (Gift Cards subject to expiration date and additional restrictions). (ARV: $20,000.00). Weekly Prize (17, 1 per week): A Weber grill and a copy of Bobby Flay's "Grill It" Cookbook (ARV: $175.00 each). Daily Prize (119, 1 per day): Each day, Sponsor will award one of the following prizes: Grilling Mitts (9-$6.00 each), Salt and Pepper Shakers (9-$6.99 each), a Basting Brush (9-$9.99 each), Cedar Grilling Planks (9-$9.99 each), an Apron (10-$10.00 each), a Baseball Cap (9-$10.00 each), a Grill Brush (9-$11.00 each), a Wood Chip Soaker and Wood Chips (9-$14.98 each), a Chimney Starter (10-$15.00 each), a Vegetable Basket (9-$22.99 each), a Skewer Set (9-$24.99 each), a Three-Piece Stainless Steel Tool Set (9-$34.99 each), a Poultry Roaster (9-$35.00 each). Limit one Daily Prize or Weekly Prize per person/household/email address. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable for any reason. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or phone. Income and other taxes related to the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

5. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible to participate or win.

6. General Rules: Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate winner selection, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes will be delivered to winners within 8 - 10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period and any required prize notification. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prizes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, and/or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.
