McDonald's Big Mac Hockey Bash


1. HOW TO PLAY: There are two (2) ways to play: (1) Look inside specially-marked packages of Teddy Grahams, Honey Maid Grahams, Handi Snacks, 100 Calorie Packs, Ritz Bits Sandwiches, Honeycomb, and Tray Packs products for your Official Game Piece. If your Official Game Piece says, "Congratulations" and designates a prize, you're a winner of that prize, subject to verification. If your package is not a winner, it will not contain a game piece. (2) Beginning March 18, 2008 through May 29, 2008, log on to McDonald's Big Mac Hockey Bash with a UPC code from a participating package and click on the icon for the Rock Out With Hannah Montana Game. Follow the on-screen instructions to play the game and see if you have won a First Prize. You will be asked to enter a UPC code from any participating product to play. If you receive an instant win message online, you are the winner of a First Prize (subject to verification). Limit one online play per email address, login/password, registered user, or person per day.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To play without purchase or internet access hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime and evening phone numbers on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to: Rock Out With Hannah Montana Game, P.O. Box 614, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Requests must be received by May 29, 2008. Limit one request per outer envelope. On the day an eligible mail-in request is received, a designated representative of the judging organization will play two (2) game plays on behalf of the applicable eligible request (one for the online game play; the other for the participating products in-pack Official Game Message). Only potential winners will be notified by email. Kraft Foods Global, Inc. ("Sponsor" is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage due mail. All requests become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. PRIZE CLAIMS: (1) For online play: If you receive a winning message online, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. Online First Prizes must be redeemed by May 31, 2008. (2) From participating products: Cut out the Official Game Piece, sign your initials in ink across the face of your original Official Game Piece. Mail original Official Game Piece in a stamped envelope, together with a piece of 3" x 5" paper on which you have printed your complete name, address, city, state and zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and age to: Hannah Montana Game Claim, P.O. Box 1464, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Grand Prize claim must be sent VIA REGISTERED MAIL ONLY, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. Potential winner should retain a photocopy of game claim. Claim must be received by June 30, 2008.

Any game piece received that is tampered with, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, will be null and void. Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors or for lost, late, postage-due or misdirected mail. Liability for any irregular or defective game message is limited to replacement with another, while supplies last.

If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule 5, such prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in Rule 5. All prize claims are subject to verification. All claims submitted become the sole property of Kraft Foods Global, Inc.

4. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event the Grand Prize is unclaimed, it will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing on or about July 14, 2008 from among all Second Chance entries received. To enter, print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and age on 3" x 5" paper and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to: Hannah Montana Game 2nd Chance, P.O. Box 1126, Elmhurst, IL 601216. Limit one entry per stamped envelope. Entries must be received by June 30, 2008. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Odds of winning will depend on whether the Grand Prize is unclaimed and the number of Second Chance entries received.

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs), ODDS OF WINNING (Odds): One (1) Grand Prize (one in specially-marked boxes of participating products) – guitar autographed by Hannah Montana and $10,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check. ARV: $10,069.99. (7,300) First Prizes (100/day – all available online only): a Hannah Montana exclusive remix music download. ARV: $.99. ODDS: Odds of winning Grand Prize: 1:6,775,138. Odds of winning a First Prize depends on the actual number of website visits and mail-in requests received. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $17,296.99. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prizes. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In the event the Grand Prize is won by a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent/legal guardian. Online First Prizes must be redeemed by May 31, 2008. Unclaimed/unredeemed First Prizes will not be awarded.

6. GENERAL RULES: Game open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except employees of Sponsor, Promotions.com, Inc. ("Judges", The Walt Disney Company, and all of the foregoing entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, (collectively "Promotion Parties", individuals engaged in the development/production/printing/distribution of game materials, Website developers, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same households. This game is void where prohibited or restricted. All federal, state and local laws apply. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all costs associated with acceptance and/or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Potential Grand Prize winner (and his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be notified by mail, and must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery or prize may be forfeited. First Prize winners will be notified online and should follow the onscreen instructions to redeem the prize. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this game or by any human, or other error, which may occur in the distribution of prizes in this game. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion (including use of robotic devices, software programming, or any means of entry other than individual keystrokes by the entrant), or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the game, the judges reserve the right to void suspect claims and/or terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect prize claims received as of the date of termination. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' names, addresses (city and state) and likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. Participants (and their parents/legal guardians if participants are minors) agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Judges whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this promotion. 7. WAIVER:
By entering this promotion, participant (and participant's parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of pocket costs incurred to enter.

8. WINNER'S LIST:
