OFFICIAL RULES of the SmartSource® Summer Blast Off! Sweepstakes

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE OR ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/11/08 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/9/08. Two ways to enter: A) Online Entry: Go to Coupons | Online Coupons and complete and submit the presented Official Online Entry Form as directed between 12:01 AM ET on 5/11/08 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/9/08; or B) Mail Entry: Complete an Official Sweepstakes Entry Form found in Sponsor’s free standing insert (“FSI”) or hand print your name, address and daytime telephone number including area code on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail your entry in an envelope with sufficient First Class Postage (note: U.S. postal rate for a First Class letter is scheduled to increase to $0.42 on 5/12/08) to: SmartSource Summer Blast-Off Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4058, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4058. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 6/9/08 and received by 6/16/08. Each entry must be submitted separately whether electronically or by regular U.S. Mail. Limit one mail entry per envelope. For purposes of these Official Rules, a day begins at 12:01 AM ET. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address per day (regardless of the method of entry). Limit one person per e-mail address. Contestants entering through the Internet must provide a valid e-mail address. With respect to online entries, Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, technical, hardware, software or program failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, unintelligible or late entries or entries which otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. For all U.S. Mail entries, no photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, postage due, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of this Sweepstakes (or the entire Sweepstakes) should any computer virus, bugs or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will select winners by conducting a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding the states of AK and HI) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction within which they reside on the date of entry. Void in AK and HI, outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors and agents of News America Marketing FSI, LLC, Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC, Kennedy Space Center, VISIT FLORIDA, and Air Tran Airways and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) or household members of each are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes or win a prize. Online entrants must have Internet access as of 5/10/08. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner if the selected winning entry is an Internet-related entry, that winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account associated with the provided e-mail address is opened, at the time of registration.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about 6/30/08, winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined. Random drawing will be conducted by Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Selected entrants will be notified by email or U.S. Mail on or about 7/14/08. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or any prize cannot be awarded to a selected winner for any reason, the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize is a trip for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests. Each Grand Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for four (4) persons from the major commercial airport with regularly scheduled flights nearest winner’s permanent residence at the time of entry that is serviced by AirTran Airways to Orlando, FL, six (6) nights hotel accommodations (two hotel rooms, each double occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, use of a mid-size rental car for seven (7) days (certain restrictions apply), four (4) admission tickets to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s Astronaut Training Experience Program and Shuttle Launch Experience (must be over age 14 and other restrictions apply), four (4) Commander’s Club Annual Passes each redeemable for twelve (12) months of unlimited admissions, friends and family admissions discounts, education program discounts and food and merchandise discounts available at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, one (1) meet and greet session with a former Astronaut designated by Sponsor, and $250 worth of merchandise available at the merchandise gift shops located at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $6,550. FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize is a trip for First Prize winner and three (3) guests. Each First Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for four (4) persons from the major commercial airport with regularly scheduled flights nearest winner’s permanent residence at the time of entry that is serviced by AirTran Airways to Orlando, FL, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one hotel room, quad occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, use of a mid-size rental car for four (4) days (certain restrictions apply), four (4) admission tickets to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s Astronaut Training Experience Program and Shuttle Launch Experience (must be over age 14 and other restrictions apply), one (1) guided Cape Canaveral Then and Now Tour, participation in the Lunch with an Astronaut Program for four (4) persons including the opportunity to meet an astronaut designated by Sponsor and $100 worth of merchandise available at the merchandise gift shops located at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. ARV of each First Prize: $4,050. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $33,350. The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize and First Prize will vary depending upon Grand Prize and First Prize winner’s permanent residence and airline, rental car and hotel rate fluctuations. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner will be solely responsible for any and all meals, beverages, ground transfers between winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transfers in the Orlando, FL areas, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein. Hotel accommodations consist of standard occupancy room and room tax only. In order for a Grand Prize and First Prize winner to use rental car, such Grand Prize and First Prize winner must be 25 years of age or older with a valid major credit card and a valid US driver’s license at the time of car rental. Car rental is subject to rental car company’s policies. In the event a Grand Prize or a First Prize winner resides within 180 miles from the designated hotel location, the round trip coach air transportation and mid-size car rental portions of the prize will not be provided and Sponsor will not provide any cash or merchandise substitution in lieu of the round trip coach air transportation and mid-size car rental portion of the prize. In the event a Grand Prize or First Prize Winner resides more than 180 miles from an airport that is serviced by AirTran Airways, such winner will also receive round trip coach air transportation for four (4) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s home to the nearest airport serviced by AirTran Airways. Air transportation provider is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner and his/her guests will be responsible for obtaining required travel documents (as applicable) and any required immunizations prior to travel and the associated costs for these and other requirements. Each trip must be taken by January 31, 2009 or prize will be forfeited. Travel arrangements must be made at least 60 days prior to departure and material restrictions apply. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates will apply. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner and his/her guests must travel on same itinerary. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either a Grand Prize or First Prize winner or a guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy a Sweepstakes prize package (or any element of a prize package) due to illness (or for any other reason), Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award (and/or any element(s) of a prize package); or (2) extending the period during which such prize (and/or such element(s) of a prize package) may be awarded for a period determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Certain elements of the Grand Prize and the First Prize are subject to health and safety-related restrictions. Each winner and his/her guests are responsible for determining whether such prize elements are appropriate and safe for his/her use. Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Prizes are nontransferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and each Grand Prize and First Prize winner’s guests must execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. In the event a Grand Prize or First Prize winner’s guest is a minor (under applicable state law), such guest’s parent or legal guardian (i) must sign and return all required documentation, and (ii) must be either the winner or one of the winner’s other guests. Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC will be solely responsible for providing prize to each winner. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner will be required to supply Sponsor with his/her Social Security Number for tax purposes.

5. GENERAL: Sponsor and its agencies, and affiliates and each of their respective employees, officers, directors and agents are not responsible or liable for damages, losses, or injury of any kind resulting from or in connection with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions. By accepting a prize, each Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name/likeness, and biographical information for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on his/her prize. Each Prize Winner agrees that Sponsor has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness.

6. WINNERS LIST: To obtain a list of winners, available after August 15, 2008, send a written request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: SmartSource Summer Blast-Off Sweepstakes Winner, P.O. Box 8085W, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-8085 by 3/2/09.
