This is a Kraft Foods consumer alert regarding fraudulent sweepstakes activity currently circulating on the Internet.

Communication with this fraudulent sweepstakes activity implies that
Kraft Foods Global Inc. conducted a North American sweepstakes which has recently ended.

The fraudulent communication being sent to consumers, states that the individual is a winner in this sweepstakes and that in order to receive the cash prize, the individual must remit a personal check in a specified amount. This check allegedly will cover the cost of Canadian or US taxes associated with the amount of their prize. Once the check is received, the company will release payment for the amount of their prize.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS IS FRAUDULENT COMMUNICATION ABOUT A NON-EXISTENT SWEEPSTAKES

Kraft Foods Global Inc. is not associated this activity. We encourage anyone contacted by any person or entity purporting to offer sweepstakes prizes on behalf of Kraft Foods, to immediately report the matter to their local law enforcement and Consumer Protection authorities.
