It's a contest...basically the prizes go to the "first 100 to respond....first 50 to respond..etc".....if there is an item you really are intersted in and it is in the 2:00 slot I wouldn't wait until 3:00 to register for it because chances are the "first 50" or whatever the number of responses they are accepting will be received by 2:10 if not sooner! If it's something like the first 1000 people to respond you will probably have much more time than if they were looking for the first 50 to respond. HTH
