I saw a code for 25 free points on another site and went to enter it. Only to find a redesigned website that said I had 0 points. I had well over 800 the last time I logged in, which was when I bought the Toy Story movies (like I am sure many of you did). So I know it hasn't been over 269 days, which is when points expire if there is no activity (defined by logging into your account). I've emailed them and am waiting on a response, but does anyone else have any insight? TIA!

I emailed them and they said perhaps I had another account associated with the same email, but I do not. I emailed them again but so far no answer.

You got me nervous so I logged in to the account...my points are still there, no problems. Not that this helps you, but at least you know it's not site-wide. Good luck, hope they fix it!
