1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: After you have visited dinnertool.com for tips on planning your meals, log on to vocalpoint.com/dinnertool to enter the sweepstakes. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and answer the questions about your experience on dinnertool.com (answers will not be judged). The promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. ET on 6/30/09 and ends at 8:00 a.m. ET on 9/4/09. There are 10 weekly sweepstakes drawings throughout the promotion period, each beginning start of day on Tuesday ET and ending on Monday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, with the exception of the first week that begins at 9:00 a.m. ET and the last week that ends at 8:00 a.m. ET on 9/4/09. Entries must be received by 8:00 a.m. ET on 9/4/09 to enter the final weekly drawing. Non-winning entries will be rolled into subsequent weekly drawings. Limit one entry per email address throughout the duration of the promotion. If more than one entry is received person, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Weekly random drawings will be conducted approximately 14 days after the last day of each weekly entry period from among all eligible entries received, with the exception of the drawing for the final weekly entry period that will be conducted on or about 9/8/09. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

4. PRIZES: Ten (10) Grand Prizes (1 per week) with a total approximate retail value of $4,000 will be awarded. Each winner will receive a sponsor-specified $400 prepaid gift card towards supermarket purchases (Approximate Retail Value: $400 each). Terms and conditions on gift card apply. Prizes consist of only the item specifically listed as the prize. Limit one prize per household.

5. GENERAL RULES: Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be notified by mail. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
