The coupon is usually printed from your printer. But, if you are like me, I get error messages, so I emailed the company so they sent me coupons in the mail. The first time, it was 2 - $2 coupons off any of their products, not just Pace Salsa. The second time I won, they sent me 1 - $2 and 2 - $1 coupons for any of their products. Just email them, tell them the day you won, and if possible the verification number (check your history to see is you can find the page again). they should send you coupons.

Another win, another error. I never heard back from customer service the first time I emailed them. I think I'm done with this game.

If you are having a problem printing the coupon, try entering next time in a different browser. I won atleast 4 different times. The first time I was using AOL and couldn't print. I emailed customer service and never heard back. After that I used internet explorer to enter and I never had a problem printing on there.
