A day will be deemed to start at 12:00 A.M., ET and end at 11:59:59 P.M., ET of a calendar day. The computer of the independent agency administering the Promotion, PrizeLogic LLC ("PrizeLogic"), shall be deemed to be the official Promotion clock.

INSTANT WIN GAME: (A) HOW TO PLAY: Go to the Website and click on the Celebrate at Disney Parks Sweepstakes link and register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period by entering your e-mail address and completing all the requested information, e.g., your name, complete address, phone number and date of birth. After you have successfully registered, each day during the Promotion Period that you go to the Website, type in your e-mail address as instructed and follow the links and instructions to play the Game. Your Game Play result will be instantly displayed and a message will pop-up informing you whether or not you are a potential Game Prize winner ("Game Prize Winner") and the Game Prize you have won, subject to verification of eligibility, Game Play and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules and, if you are a resident of Canada, also subject to correctly answering the time-based mathematical skill-test question.
