QVC — Gold Expressions Sweepstakes Entry Form

OFFICIAL RULES

QVC, Inc. ("QVC") and the Richline Group, Inc., d.b.a. Gold Expressions USA ("Richline") (collectively referred to as "Sponsors") are sponsoring the GOLD EXPRESSIONS SWEEPSTAKES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors whose decisions shall be final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes to commence on September 24, 2008. Limit of one (1) entry per person either by mail or online via QVC.com. All multiple entries will be discarded. To enter, A) send your name, address and daytime telephone number, and customer number if available on a standard 4 inch by 6 inch postcard addressed to the Gold Expressions Sweepstakes, Box 2025 West Chester, PA 19380-4262. Envelope entries and entries on smaller or larger postcards will be discarded. OR, B) log onto http://www.qvc.com/goldexpressions and complete the online entry form with your name, address, daytime telephone and customer number or email address. Incomplete or illegible entries will be automatically excluded. Any other attempted form of Sweepstakes entry is void. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device to artifice to enter in excess of this entry limitation will be disqualified; use of programmed, automated or like means of entry is prohibited. All duplicate entries and copied/facsimile entries will be discarded.

All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 24, 2008; postcard entries must be postmarked by October 24, 2008 and received on or before October 31, 2008.

QVC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or late entries caused by hardware or software errors or other technological malfunctions or failure of any kind or invalid/non-operational email address, disconnection or garbled email transmissions or lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due mail. QVC is not responsible for the failure of the delivery carrier responsible for delivery of any entry.

QVC is also not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information on QVC.com, whether caused by web site users, the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or other cause. In the event of a dispute, all email entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Holder of the email address shall be considered the valid entrant. “Authorized Holder” as used herein is the natural person who is registered with the Internet service provider (or similar provider) for the email address.

DRAWING – Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries and will occur on or about November 3, 2008. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Winning entries subject to validation. Winning entry may be announced live on QVC�s televised shopping channel on or about November 7, 2008.

PRIZES: One (1) Winner will receive a trip to Venice, Italy for Winner and one (1) guest (if Winner desires to bring a Guest) on January 9, 2009 through January 15, 2009. Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for a number not to exceed two (2) persons from the hub airport nearest to the Winner�s legal residence. Prize includes five (5) nights, six (6) days standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy); Ground Transportation from airport to hotel on day of arrival, and hotel to airport on day of departure. Dinner and transportation to dinner shall be provided on January 11, 2009. Winner will also receive $500 cash.

Total Estimated Prize Value not to exceed $5,000. Prize must be fulfilled on January 9, 2009 through January 15, 2009. If a Winner is unable to accept the prize, in general and/or on the dates described above, he/she will be disqualified and the prize forfeited; and, in such event, an alternate Winner shall be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Prize does not include transportation other than as described in the Official Rules. Airfare is subject to availability. Prize cannot be substituted or transferred by Winner. If a Prize must be forfeited, Winner will not be given the cash value of the prize. Prize Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included. All taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. PRIZE PROVIDED BY Richline Group, Inc., d.b.a. Gold Expressions USA (�Prize Provider�).

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors. Winners of this Sweepstakes will be notified by telephone only. Winners will have 48 hours from the time of notification to respond and accept the Prize. Winner shall be required to execute and return and/or have postmarked an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) an affidavit of publicity within 48 hours of accepting the Prize. If Guest is a minor, the parent and/or legal guardian of the minor must execute a �Release for Minor.� Noncompliance the time period(s) described above will result in disqualification with an alternate Winner being selected. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual that Sponsors determines in its sole discretion to be tampering with the Sweepstakes (including the entry process). Sponsors may prosecute fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Prize Providers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the advertised prize (or component thereof) with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value should the advertised prize/prize component be unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Winner grants Sponsors and its affiliates and subsidiaries permission to use Winner�s names and likenesses for advertising/trade/promotional purposes and to disclose Winner�s first name and last name initial and city or residence without further notice or further compensation. Winner, and Guests of Winner, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their affiliates and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any damage, injury, loss or other liability that might arise from their participation in this Sweepstakes, or from their acceptance, and participation in Prize activities.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and US Military establishments 21 years or older as of date of entry. Employees and agents of QVC, Richline and their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouses) and their same household members are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
