1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 21 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who, since June 1, 2008, were or are employees or agents of WhiteWave Foods Company or The Integer Group®, LLC; their parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries; or the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; (b) individuals engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of this sweepstakes; or (c) employees of, persons in the immediate family (spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, or children, regardless of where they live) of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. Sweepstakes starts at or around 9:00:01 a.m., Mountain time (MT), on 9/2/08 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m., MT, on 12/1/08 ("Promotion Period").

2. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, access Silk Soymilk Home Page or Silk | 4 Short Weeks during the Promotion Period, and follow the entry instructions. Log on using an existing registration, or complete the information requested in the information fields (full name; complete address [no P.O. Boxes]; birthdate; daytime phone number, including area code; and e-mail address). When your registration is complete, click Enter (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified). You may enter each day of the Promotion Period, and all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Grand Prize and First Prize drawings. Entrants are also eligible for a chance to win one (1) Instant Prize (Second through Fifth Prize level) during the Promotion Period. Click the marked area to see if you are an Instant Prize winner. If you have already won an Instant Prize, you will not be eligible to play to receive another. Limit of one entry per person/e-mail address per day. A day begins at 12:00:00 a.m., MT, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., MT, except for the first day of the Promotion Period, which begins at 9:00:01 a.m., MT, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., MT, and the last day of the Promotion Period, which begins at 12:00:00 a.m., MT, and ends at 5:00:00 p.m., MT. You may enter the sweepstakes under only one name and one e-mail address. Enter using only an e-mail address subscribed to and registered in your name. All entries must be received by 5:00:00 p.m., MT, on December 1, 2008. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail-account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet-access provider, online-service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Multiple entries per person/e-mail address per day or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or other fraudulent entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes-entry services or clubs) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING. Potential Grand Prize winner and First Prize winners will be selected on or about December 15, 2008, by random drawing from among all eligible entries received at any time during the Promotion Period. Instant Prize winners will be randomly selected by computer, based on time of entry. Potential Instant Prize winners will be notified after entry submission and must follow instructions to claim prize. A follow-up e-mail will be sent regarding prize delivery. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners are subject to verification. Nonwinning entrants will receive notification of their nonwinning status. Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) adult guest to Los Angeles, CA. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air transportation for two (2) people from a major commercial U.S. airport near winner's home to Los Angeles, CA; three (3) nights' lodging (standard accommodations, double occupancy); dinner for two (2) at Akasha's Restaurant (up to a maximum value of $300); $6800 cash (awarded in the form of a check); and an autographed note-card included within a copy of Akasha's cookbook Hollywood Dish (valued at $25). Important Notice: Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. If winner and guest cannot travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent selected by Sponsor. If winner lives within a 200-mile radius of the hotel designated by the Sponsor he/she will not receive the air-transportation portion of the prize. Winner will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground transportation, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. If the dinner at Akasha's is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, winner will not be reimbursed for that part of the prize. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $11,000. ARV of prize package may vary, depending on the point of departure. First Prize (50): An autographed note-card included within a copy of Akasha's cookbook Hollywood Dish (ARV: $25). The odds of winning the Grand Prize or First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Instant Second Prize (600): A recipe box (ARV: $12). Instant Third Prize (350): An Earth friendly apron (ARV: $6). Instant Fourth Prize (350): A tote bag (ARV: $5). Instant Fifth Prize (350): A potholder (ARV: $4). ARV of all prizes: $24,700. The odds of winning an Instant Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the time of entry. The Grand Prize and First Prize random drawings and awarding of all prizes will be conducted under the supervision of The Integer Group, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judging organization.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail, e-mail, phone, or private delivery service (at Sponsor's sole discretion) at the address listed on the registration and will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability within seven (7) days of notification. Guest of Grand Prize winner must have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence and will also be required to sign and return notarized Release documentation within the time frame specified by Sponsor. First Prize winners will receive their prize in the mail within 6 to 8 weeks of the conclusion of the Promotion. In the event of noncompliance, if the Grand Prize winner or a First Prize winner cannot be reached at the e-mail, phone, or mailing address on that winners' entry, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or is undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Instant Prize winners will be notified after following instructions to see if they have won and will be required to follow instructions to claim prize. Instant prizes will be mailed 6 to 8 weeks after prize notification. Unclaimed Instant Prizes will not be reawarded. No substitution of any prizes will be offered. No prize transfer is permitted. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit of one Grand Prize OR First Prize per person, e-mail address, or household address. Limit of one Instant Prize, regardless of prize level, per person, e-mail address, or household address. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner. By participating and accepting a prize, where permitted by law, each winner grants to Sponsor (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use–worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the World Wide Web–at any time(s), that winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release WhiteWave Foods Company and The Integer Group; their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees; and all others associated with the development and execution of this Web site and sweepstakes from any and all alleged or actual claims, actions, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising now or in the future from this sweepstakes; participation in any sweepstakes-related activity; and/or delivery/misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web-site users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that might occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. 6. DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Broomfield County, Colorado, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
