NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIVE A PRIZE. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY, WHO ARE THE PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN OF A CHILD 6 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER CURRENTLY LIVING IN THEIR HOUSEHOLD, OR ARE EXPECTING A CHILD, OR ARE THE GRANDPARENT OF A CHILD 6 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER AT TIME OF ENTRY AND WHO MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS DETAILED BELOW. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on 8/4/2008 and continuing until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 9/16/2008 (the “Internet Entry Period”), you may enter via the Internet by logging on to the web site at Toys, Baby Gear, Parenting Guide & More From Fisher Price (the “Web Site”) and following the “Grow as You Go Giveaway” Sweepstakes entry directions. By submitting this information you will receive one (1) “Original Entry” in this Sweepstakes.

In addition to the one (1) Original Entry registered as described above, you are also eligible to receive additional “Referral Entries” in this Sweepstakes as follows: in the spaces indicated at the Sweepstakes Web Site, provide up to five (5) friends’, relatives’ or co-workers’ e-mail addresses who have not already signed up for the Fisher-Price e-mail newsletter. Each e-mail address you provide must be for a separate individual. Each e-mail address that you provide during the Internet Entry Period stated above will be contacted with an e-mail message identified as being from you. For each qualified e-mail address referral you provide, up to a maximum of five (5), by the deadline of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 9/16/2008, who signs up for the e-mail newsletter, you will automatically receive one (1) additional Referral Entry in the Sweepstakes [you are eligible to receive up to a maximum of five (5) Referral Entries in this Sweepstakes]. TO BE ELIGIBLE, ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 P.M. EASTERN TIME ON 9/16/2008. A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) ORIGINAL ENTRY AND FIVE (5) REFERRAL ENTRIES PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THIS SWEEPSTAKES VIA THE INTERNET.

The Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access the entry Web Site or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at Web Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and with the Fisher-Price®, Inc. Online Privacy Policy, which can be found at Welcome to Fisher-Price.com!.

WINNER SELECTION: A total of 20 winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about 9/30/2008 by the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one prize per household. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified by e-mail (sent to the e-mail address provided as part of participant’s entry), telephone or mail within 7 days of drawing date and will be required to respond to this winner notification within 5 days, providing their complete name, mailing address, telephone number and date of birth. Winners may be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release form within 14 days of date of issuance. Failure to return all required forms in this 14-day time period may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner being selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, it will be awarded to an alternate. No substitution for a prize will be permitted by a winner. If necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.

All federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

The maximum total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $4,320. The odds of winning a prize package are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry who have a child or ward 6 years of age or younger currently living in their household, or are expecting a child, or are the grandparent of a child 6 years of age or younger at time of entry. Employees and their immediate families of Fisher-Price®, Inc. and affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies and those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.

GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against Fisher-Price®, Inc. and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, and agencies for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof or participation in this Sweepstakes.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect Internet entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on the Web Site at http://www.Fisher-Price.com/us/ref/cancel.asp. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any Web Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.
