Official Contest Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the (50) United States and Washington, DC who are 18 years old or older as of July 14, 2008. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses), and household members of each of Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation ("Sponsor"), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, promotion and advertising agencies, and any other company involved with the design, production or execution of the sweepstakes are not eligible. Online access and a valid email account are required to enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING: To enter, visit our website at Summer Sliders and follow the instructions posted. Sweepstakes starts on July 14, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends on August 17, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. CDT ("Promotion Period"). Limit one (1) entry per day, per person. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account from which the entry originated. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. The use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. PRIZES: One thousand five hundred (1,500) winners will receive a Slip ‘N Slide® water slide. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") - $7.15. Total ARV for all Sweepstakes prizes: $10,725.

4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: There will be up to three hundred (300) winners selected each week, via random drawings, during the Promotion Period. For the purpose of this promotion, a "week" begins on Monday at 12:01 a.m. CDT and ends the following Sunday at 11:59 p.m. CDT. Weekly drawings will be conducted on Mondays - July 21, July 28, August 4, August 11 and August 18, 2008. All entries received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on the Sunday preceding each drawing date will be included in that week's drawing, and entries not selected as winners in each weekly drawing will carry-over to the next week's drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of each drawing's deadline. Prizes will be shipped to winners at approximately four (4) weeks after each drawing.

5. GENERAL: Promotion void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions with regard to all aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Furthermore, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes as of the time of such action should any computer virus, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Entrant understands that the information supplied for registration and entry on the Summer Sliders website may be used for marketing purposes. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or tamper with the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution; and disqualification for the Sweepstakes.
Any tax liability is the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of stated prize, sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Furthermore, by acceptance of prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and their respective affiliates and agencies are released of any and all liabilities, and shall be indemnified by the prize winner against any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or properties resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes.

6. PRIVACY: Personal information collected from Sweepstakes participants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, and may also be used to provide participants with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of participants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes. 7. DISPUTES: Each participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Kansas; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction) that could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.
