THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS STATES OF THE U.S. AND D.C. (EXCLUDING ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND ALL OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS) (“GEOGRAPHIC AREA”) AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA ONLY. Eligibility: The Chevy Rocks the Road with The Jonas Brothers Exclusive CD Release Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the U.S. or the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Alaska, Hawaii), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 3, 2008. Entrants must possess a valid driver's license from their legal state of residence, and a social security number, social insurance number or federal tax identification number issued by the appropriate government agency at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor (defined below), Walt Disney Records, The Walt Disney Company, Chevrolet Motor Division, General Motors Corporation, or any Brand, Division, Vendor and/or Contract Employee of General Motors Corporation, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes (including Sponsor’s Sweepstakes administrator Enteractive Solutions Group), any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers and fulfillment companies, any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: From 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) July 3, 2008 to 11:59 p.m. PT September 30, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”) access the Sweepstakes web site at: Chevy Rocks the Road featuring Jonas Brothers (“Web Site”). Once there, click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page. Then fill out the entry form with your complete first and last name, complete mailing address (including zip code, no P.O. Boxes), daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address (“Entry Information”) and click “Enter Now” (“Entry”). If a potential entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, s/he must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering Sweepstakes or submitting any personally identifiable information. All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT September 30, 2008. Only one (1) Entry per person or email address per day, regardless of whether one person has more than one email address or more than one person uses the same email address. Entries in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until participant’s eligibility has been verified in accordance with these Official Rules and participant has been notified by Sponsor (or its authorized agent) that his/her winning status is official. Potential winner in this Sweepstakes is subject to verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Prize/Odds of Winning: One (1) Prize winner will receive one (1) 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid (Vehicle) and one (1) Jonas Brothers music CD titled “A Little Bit Longer” Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of CD is: $18.98. In addition, The Jonas Brothers will personally present the Vehicle and CD to the winner at winner’s residence as indicated on his/her entry (Subject to Sponsor’s final approval and The Jonas Brothers schedule). Total Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of Vehicle is: $55,585. Total ARV of prize is: $55,603.98. Odds of winning: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Prize winner will take delivery of Vehicle at his/her place of residence as indicated on his/her entry (subject to Sponsor’s final approval and the Jonas Brothers Schedule). Participation of The Jonas Brothers is subject to their availability and professional commitments. Entrant (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) understands and agrees that participation of The Jonas Brothers has no retail value and if, for any reason, The Jonas Brothers are unable to present Prize to winner, the other elements of the Prize shall represent Sponsor’s sole liability to winner. Winner (and winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) agrees to follow all instructions (verbal or written) of Sponsor and/or its representatives in conjunction with the presentation of vehicle by The Jonas Brothers. Should Sponsor or its representatives determine, in their sole discretion, that winner has behaved inappropriately (including rambunctious, obnoxious or otherwise anti-social behavior, and/or posing a threat of any kind to The Jonas Brothers) and/or failed to follow instructions of Sponsor and its representatives, The Jonas Brothers presentation component of prize will be terminated immediately without warning with no further liability to Sponsor; and, in such event, Sponsor and/or The Jonas Brothers may take any other action against the winner (or any other person) so as to protect their rights. If for any reason prize winner is not able to take possession of Vehicle at his/her place of residence or winner declines vehicle presentation by The Jonas Brothers, the Sweepstakes Administrator will provide instructions to winner as to how to obtain vehicle at a dealership or other specified location near winner’s residence. If for any reason prize winner is not able to take possession of Vehicle at his/her place of residence, winner will be required to personally retrieve vehicle and winner is solely responsible for his/her transportation and related costs for collecting Vehicle. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts, subject to Vehicle availability, to deliver Vehicle within 180 days of receipt of completed Affidavit/Release. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery. Winner will be required to present adequate personal identification as determined by Sponsor (including a current valid U.S. driver’s license issued in winner’s state of residence), evidence of legally required insurance and any other required information/documents before the winner may take possession of Vehicle. Winner bears risk of damage to vehicle after delivery to specified location (i.e., winner’s residence or dealership) and vehicle will be forfeited and winner disqualified if winner fails to arrange for or accept delivery of Vehicle within 30 days of Sponsor’s notification to winner that Vehicle is available. Vehicle shown may not be actual vehicle awarded and may have accumulated miles on the odometer due to being transported to and from the factory and the dealership and to and from the dealership to the winner’s residence. All depictions of Vehicle in Sweepstakes advertising are for illustrative purposes only. Vehicle prize winner is solely responsible for all title and license fees, registration fees, E.P.A. tax or fee, insurance, options/upgrades, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering, delivery or ultimate use of the vehicle. Winner may choose color of vehicle prize from list of available colors provided by Sponsor. Sweepstakes Entities make no representations or warranties with respect to vehicle prize; the sole warranty is the manufacturer’s standard new vehicle limited warranty that accompanies the vehicle at time of delivery. All expenses not specifically mentioned as included are excluded and are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state or other income taxes not mentioned as being included are the sole responsibility of the winner. Vehicle will be delivered within the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the U.S. or the District of Columbia. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize (or prize component) except that Sponsor may substitute the prize (or prize component) for one of equal value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Prize winner will receive an IRS Tax Form 1099 from the Sweepstakes administrator for the total ARV of the prize (stated herein) that he/she won in the calendar year that he/she won.

Prize Drawing and Notification: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received on or about October 10, 2008 (“Drawing Date”) by the Sweepstakes administrator. Initially selected potential prize winner (his/her parent or legal guardian if the winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be notified by phone at the phone number provided on his/her Entry within approximately one (1) week of Drawing Date. If the potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK OF INJURY IS A REQUIRED CONDITION TO RECEIPT OF PRIZE. WINNER (IF A RESIDENT OF A JURISDICTION THAT DEEMS HIM/HER TO BE A MINOR, WINNER’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN) UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT WINNER’S LIKENESS, NAME, PHOTOGRAPH, IMAGE, VOICE, AND/OR OTHER INDICIA OF PERSONA (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VIDEO FOOTAGE TAKEN OF PRESENTATION OF VEHICLE BY THE JONAS BROTHERS) MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTIONAL/ADVERTISING/TRADE PURPOSES ONLY BY GENERAL MOTORS AND DISNEY (AND THEIR AUTHORIZED AGENTS) WITHOUT FURTHER NOTIFICATION, APPROVAL OR COMPENSATION. HOWEVER, NOTHING HEREIN IN ANY WAY OBLIGATES GENERAL MOTORS AND/OR DISNEY TO MAKE ANY USE OF VIDEO FOOTAGE. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY CONSITUTES APPROVAL OF WINNER (IF A RESIDENT OF A JURISDICTION THAT DEEMS HIM/HER TO BE A MINOR, WINNER’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN) OF SUCH USE AND THE RELINQUISHING OF ANY RIGHTS OF WINNER (IF A RESIDENT OF A JURISDICTION THAT DEEMS HIM/HER TO BE A MINOR, AND/OR WINNER’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN) RELATIVE TO SUCH USE. WINNER (IF A RESIDENT OF A JURISDICTION THAT DEEMS HIM/HER TO BE A MINOR, WINNER’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN) AGREES TO CONFIRM SUCH APPROVAL IN WRITING UPON REQUEST OF GENERAL MOTORS AND/OR DISNEY WITHOUT COMPENSATION. Any other persons whose likeness, name, photograph, image, voice, and/or other indicia of persona may appear in video footage will be required, upon Sponsor’s request, to execute a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) relative to such potential use. Sponsor at its sole discretion may shoot video footage of the awarding/winner receipt of the Vehicle for PR and/or advertising/publicity/trade purposes. If the winner resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. By accepting the prize winner (his/her parental/legal guardian if winner resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) attests to the authenticity of his/her winning Entry. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Potential prize winner (his/her parent or legal guardian if the winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release and any other documentation, that Sponsor requires (collectively “Affidavit/Release”) within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner, or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By submitting the completed and signed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning entry. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which can be found at: Privacy Policy for Walt Disney Internet Group. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be prosecuted, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and is therefore not eligible for the prize. Use of any automated system to participate in this Sweepstakes or to attempt to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If Sponsor suspects that any entrant is using an automated system, such entrant will be removed/barred from the Sweepstakes Web Site, will be disqualified and will be ineligible to receive the prize in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to use an automated system or attempting to forge or tamper with Sweepstakes or otherwise defraud Sponsor may also be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will be ineligible for the prize. Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for entrant’s inability to access Sweepstakes via the Internet or to complete entry due to hardware or software compatibility problems, unauthorized intervention, server problems, delay caused by the volume of user traffic to the Sweepstakes Web Site and/or for any other reason. The Web Site’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes and conduct the drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Sponsor (if any) or to award the prize in a manner determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on Web Site.

Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any nonhuman mechanism, entity, or device), or for entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, each entrant (his/her parent or legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sponsor and the Sweepstakes administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in Sweepstakes; typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; use/misuse of the prize due to reasons beyond control of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants (his/her parent or legal guardian if entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, except that General Motors is solely responsible for the express standard vehicle limited warranties provided solely by GM at the time of delivery of the prize. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

Background Check/Disputes: Sponsor has the right to conduct a background check (“Check”) of any and all records of the winner, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports, which he/she to the extent necessary under law, shall authorize. Sponsor may take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by the winner and he/she will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information for the Check. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify the winner based on the Check. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (“Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the meaning or interpretation of the Rules or the prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. Any Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and any and all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
