I have only gotten 2 surveys to complete so far and each time I get half way or more thru the next page will say Internet page error. I tried to email them and find out why, all I got back was an email asking for my household # which I have no idea what that is.

I have been a member for over a year and all I have ever received is an occasional $3 survey.

I would guess that your household number is the one that you use to sign in for each survey. It should be in the emails that you get when you are invited to do a survey.

Some of the posts here are . . . interesting. I've been with Pinecone Research for years and for a long time the payment was $5 and now they have knocked it down to $3 (because we all said we'd rather get a lower amount and have a chance at that ethereal sweepstake prize. Uh huh.) In ~10 years I've never seen a survey for over the base rate. I find it . . . surprising . . . to hear some people are receiving products to test in the $100 range.

I realize my own demographic is not the one the company most desires, but if anyone joins expecting 4-5 surveys a week and $50 a week in product to test, chances are you'll be disappointed.

I love Pinecone so far, I've done 2-3 paid surveys each week the past month 1/2 and have received 1 test product. I am looking forward to more in the future!

I am wondering, when it says this does it mean you will definitely be receiving that product to test? Or does this mean maybe? I've gotten this message 2 more times since my 1st product test, wondering if I'll get another product??

ALSO wanted to mention, I was getting notices in my email for each survey, household AND paid. I went to do my paid survey, and saw ANOTHER paid survey waiting for me. This has happened 3 times this week! My emails are not going to spam (because I got 4 emails from them), so I am assuming they are surprises, so check your account online and don't always expect an email!

No products to try here and 3 paid suveys since August. A bunch of non paid ones, maybe 5 or 6.

I have done every survey, paid on not paid, not much of a money maker or samply trying going on here.
