We have a Super One here, they take manu coupons, no IPs. I shop there once in a while, just to pick up things they don't have at Wal-Mart.

Just wondering if there is a Super 1 that's different than my Super One???

They are the SAME stores, owned by the SAME parent company.

Now, do the Contact, that's on the Top Right of that pg., see if you can get an answer as to why your local Super One will NOT take IPs while the Mqt. store does.
Ask newmommy if the Ish. store takes IPs, as too far for me to shop at.
I have been in the Esky. store, but not recently, & not used IPs there.

I have 3 super one's within 3 miles of me, and another 2 about 15 miles from me, and not one takes IP coupons. The only grocery stores around me that take IP's are Cub Foods and Walmart. Piggly WIggly in my area is owned my superone, and they don't take IP's either.

I just emailed them yesterday and they sent me the coupon policy. Here is what I rec'd:

Thank you for choosing Super One Foods - Super One Foods Grocery Stores for your inquiry.
Both in-store and vendor coupons are redeemed at face value.
Limit one coupon per item.
One vendor coupon and one in-store coupon can be redeemed on a single item.
Online coupons are accepted subject to certain restrictions. The following restrictions apply to the redemption of online coupons:
* Only one online coupon per item
* No "free product" coupons
* No coupon with a face value of over $1 without supervisor approval
* All online coupons must be printed in color

We do not accept online coupons:
* That does not have a bar code or one that is difficult to read.
(Online coupons should have a bar code, just like coupons found in the newspaper.)
* That does not have usage policies/redemption instructions in small print.
(Online coupons will have usage policies in small print just like coupons found in the newspaper.)
* That does not have an expiration date.
(This is a signal that the coupon could be a fake.)
* That appears to have been photocopied.
(Coupons, including online coupons, may not be photocopied or reproduced).

they are not the same and do not run the same ads
one is the number 1 and one is the word one makes a huge difference especially when searching for it here are the two different sites

Super 1 Food stores are owned by the Brookshire Grocery Co. The stores are located in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas.

Super 1 is in the south.

Even though everybody knows that Brookshires is the parent company something seems strange to me. I noticed a difference in house brands the two different stores will carry. Brookshires & Brookshire Bros stores will carry the 'HyTop' brands. Super 1 will carry the 'food club' & 'value time' brands.

Just talked to corporate today because I had an issue with the store in Walker MN not accepting black and white coupons. Effective immediately, they have changed their policy to accept B&W. Good news!

Brookshire's, Super 1 foods and Ole Stores which are all owned by BGC were in the process of switching store brands. Store brands now should be Food Club along with a couple of other names for speciatly products. Hy-top should no longer be in stores. Also Brookshire and Brookshire Brother's are owned by seperate corparations, that are not connected. That is why Brookshire Brother's may still carry Hy-top.
