If you do this deal, watch it carefully - the ice cream did not come off for free - it showed up on the screen as coming off, but my receipt did not reflect the deduction. I need to go back and get a refund.

I did this and thought I had a problem, but it does not come off right away under ice cream, comes off at end as a personal thanks savings of 2.50. It was very confusing, but in the end turned out ok.

I did the deal yesterday and went through the SCO - the lady was there and told me that I wouldn't see it until AFTER I was done on my receipt. I did the hormel as well and the same thing for the soda. It was on the receipt at the end - but pretty confusing. Definitely check your receipts!

I ALWAYS have problems at my Giant when they do those kinda deals (Jarble it was 3 day deal - buy two Tombstone pizzas, get 2 free plus a free Giant ice cream. Sale ends today- Sunday)

Anyhow my Giant was out of the pizzas on Friday so I stopped back on Saturday morning since they said they restock frozen stuff on Friday nights.

So that was the only thing I went into buy. Total should have been $9.18 (the price of two $4.59 Tombstone pizzas). But something ALWAYS funky happens as soon as the cashier gives me a .05 credit on using a reusable bag. Instead of deducting the .05 to make it $9.13, the price of the ice cream gets ADDED back on and the price jumped to $11-something.

So the cashier called the manager over and voided out the order and re-rang it and I had her purposely NOT give me the .05 discount. So I just paid the $9.18.

I'm sure so many people buy it thinking they are getting a good deal but don't realize that its messed up at the end if they don't scrutinize their receipt.

There was a three day special over the weekend at Stop and Shop get 2 Tombstone pizzas and a S&S Ice Cream free wyb 2 Tombstone pizzas.
The deal is gone though. I'm sorry.

I don't know what the Hormel deal is.

The Hormel deal wasn't anything amazing - but it's buy 2 hormel pepperonis and get a S&S soda and S&S english muffins for free. Since I needed the pepperoni I opted for this with the $.35/1 printable coupons.
