I am trying to plan my trips for Friday and was hoping to get a head start on the list. I am a newbie to this and thought maybe I was missing it here or does it not come out tell Friday. I have been looking at the other forums and the CVS ones are posted way in advance, so I must be missing something. Any help would help me get my list done so I am not in a panic or Friday.

The new ad is usually up on Giant's website on Thursdays.

I guess I will have to put off the gardening tomorrow and put together my shopping list for Friday.

Maybe I will see you in there. I have to teal coupon books in my cart, still a newbie so I have not invested in a folder/book yet. Not really sure I could carry that in my purse. I like to throw the two coupon books in my HUGE purse and run in the stores, just incase I see something that I did not put on my list and have a coupon for.

Saving money is exciting and empowering.

I'll be the gal with a Pepsi bag in my cart.... I carry two huge coupon holders in my bag & I'm sure people think I'm nuts, but it works for me. One for food items & one for non-food.

Where do you live in So. MD....I work just over the bridge in VA!

We live near Pax River Base just over the Solomon's Island bridge - I usually go to the NEW Giant just in Lusby Town Center.

Junetta - you shop at my Giant. I'm in Lusby. The Giant ad comes out in Wed's Calvert Recorder. I didn't see anything too exciting in it for next week.

Hey Neighbor! Where can I find the Calvert Recorder? Still trying to get the ends and outs of this location. I mostly shop at the Commissary, but will sometimes pick up some good bargains with doubles and the Meal Deal every once in a while. Thanks for your help, J

Well the thing is, St. Mary's county weekly paper is The Enterprise - which I think also comes out on Wed. BUT the Enterprise's newspaper would most likely have the Giant ad for California, MD not the Lusby ad (which could be different - since the Lusby store is the one that occasionally does the triple coupons and sometimes has different sale prices.

I'm not sure how many locations in St. Mary's county (where u are) would sell the Recorder since it's not the "local" newspaper. Since I'm in Lusby, I subscribe (so I can see the yardsale ads, of course).

I've been here in Southern MD for almost 20 years now so if you have any questions, I'll try to answer.
