commercial vending?

I was thinking of renting a space at my town's community yard sale. In the rules it says only for private groups, no commercial vending. Does my products, shampoo, razors etc count as commercial vending? I don't want to get into any trouble. Thanks!

I have no idea, but that is a GREAT question. I would think not because you are not a store or vendor, but the safest bet would probably be to contact whomever is in charge and ask them the question. And good luck if you do get to do it, you should make a killing!

I think commerical vending is when you have a licease to sell items. EX...My hubby and I used to sell top end knives CASEXXX HEN& ROOSTERS ETC....Which we sell on a day to day basis..We had to get a licease to pay taxes. I don't think someone who just wants to put stuff in a yard sale is qualified for a commerical vending. but you may want to check.

I would doubt by commercial vending they mean the type of stuff, but the kind of vender you are.
