I am new to extreme couponing and am confused by the prices on the "Stock Up Price List." I have two main questions:

(1) Are these items something we can purchase 'now' at the price on the list, are they items that 'were' on sale some time ago, or are they items that 'will be' on sale soon?

(2) Where can we purchase these items at the quoted prices on the list? No store(s) are listed.

I have been unemployed for some time now (I was laid off 3 years ago) and it would help me tremendously to get these items for my family at the posted prices. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciate.

Also, I have coupons I will never use (i.e., Pampers) and would like to give them to someone who can. How do I go about mailing them to other members? Is there a post on AFC for people looking for coupons?

I answered your questions in read above. Stores have sales cycles. The sales cycles usually every 3 months, unless it is a seasonal item. The stock up price list is a guide to help you figure out the lowest price you can get the items you use. For example if you go to the store and ground beef is $3.99 you know by looking at the price list that now is not the time to stock up on that. However if you go and it is $2.00, I would stock up since the stock up price is $1.99.

I have some questions about baking supplies. I'm always on the lookout around November and December to stock up on my baking supplies, but not sure what are good stock-up prices. I really appreciate all the info above, but these were on my stockpile list and I didn't see any prices. Any ideas?

The toilet paper and paper towels are per regular roll. This price really varies by brand though, i.e. marcal compared to charmin. The soap is per single bar.
