I would go. You might also consider putting another one in that reads more like a traditional yard sale. That way you will reach a broader audience. I hope you sell a lot!!

I think your ad is great and very appealing. The pictures really help. You have a lot of great items to sell and people would be crazy not to go and hit up that sale. I wish I was closer to NJ, I want some of those perfume gift sets! Good luck!
