Hi ,

I am very new at this and am trying to get an idea how I should start. For the last 3 weeks I have been getting 2 Sunday papers and clipping the coupons and putting them in the binder. I only have 2 of each of them ....should I wait and collect more, or do I just use the 2 cpns? Do I need a lot of the same coupons inorder to stockpile? I just dont know where to begin....and I need to go shopping!!

I usually buy 8-12 papers. My stores normally limit the quantity to 4 so I would have to do multiple orders. If you see it is a product that you use normally and it is a fantastic price like free or close to free, order the coupons so you have even more. I will order either 20-40 coupons on ebay. It is usually $.99 and shipping unless it is a great coupon and then a little more.

I am able to purchase my one newspaper at Dollar tree for $1 a paper instead of the normal $2. This way I get double the papers for the same amount of money.

After I do my initial stash with the ebay coupons, I will maintain my stock with just the coupons that come in the paper only when it is at its lowest price. So if I have 20 jars of spaghetti sauce, I will use my coupons when it is under $.50 w/ coupon and replenish what I have. I won't have to order more coupons. I am at the point now that I don't need to order that many coupons because of the coupons I have.

I buy 2 papers on sunday and I get coupons from my moms paper and our work paper If its a really good coupon I order from a service or ebay and trade! on here!

You'll probably need more than 2 of each coupons to get a good stockpile going. Buy a couple papers, trade with people on here, check Ebay, check out clipping services. There are so many ways to get multiples of coupons at a cheap price. Look at sale ads ahead of time so you know what coupons you need.
