Does anyone else share all these wonderful stockpile pics with there signifigant other?

Mine thinks I shop too much and then I show him these and sometimes tell them how much was spent and then he changes his tune. He wonders "why can't you do that?" It is so funny. First I shopped too much, now I need to shop more. AGH!?!?

I love to share these stockpile pics with everyone that comes to my house. They are amazed at mine and then when they see a "real" stockpile they can't seem to turn away from the computer. It is so funny how they all want to learn to coupon once they see the pics, but they never start. All they want to do is look at the pics and ask me "why dont you have what they have?" I just say "Maybe they started before me" and laugh because even though i dont have what "they have", everybody still ALWAYS finds something that they need from my stockpile.

I share with every one when they come,and some ask when they visit,and always want something out of the stock pile.I need a camera to show off my stockpile.After seeing foggy pantry I told my dh I want one.So we are going to put up 2 walls in our bedroom and open up a walk in our that room back for me,I need a place to read and just watch TV and just relax like today when the dh is not feeling good.

I show the pics to my dh and the children like to look at them too. The children love it. Dh just thinks I'm a little whacked. But he brags about my deals and stockpile to his co-workers.

No way! DH would be afraid I'd turn into that! We have a decent stockpile, but I don't think he realizes the extent b/c I don't make the shelves look like a store or warehouse display. I'd LOVE to, but he'd think I'd gone off the deep end.

The day I excitedly told him I was asked to be a Shopping List Assistant, he looked at me very seriously and said "this is going to be a whole new level of crazy, isn't it?"

So I do show him the pics. At first he was amazed and shocked at how well all you guys do.

Now, he shops in your pics, !! He tells me to ask you guys how you got certain things. The other day I caught him in here and he turns and says, See, they have cascade, where is ours, . He wanted to know what everything on the site, he actually really encourages me now and tells everyone abouut it,

I show them to my husband. I think it helps him accept my relatively modest stockpile when he sees how small mine is compared to some.

I actually was looking through the stockpile pics forum earlier and hubby came in the room, leaned over my shoulder and said "Oooh, Nice set up..." LOL!

He's in the process of building me some new shelves to store our ever growing bathroom stockpile, since the shelves we have now are small, cluttered, and not finished haha...

And yesterday he started helping me declutter some of our kitchen shelves/cabinets so we had more room for food, packed away 4 large boxes of tea cups and other things we don't use right now to wait until our new, larger kitchen is finished... I took some Before pictures today... Im excited to take some after photos LOL

NO! ..... he thinks what I buy is excessive; and my stash isn't even 1/8 of some of that I have seen here. He just doesn't get it

DH and I are getting really excited about the size of these stockpiles and what people are paying for them. I already stockpile, just not at the deals y'all are getting (but we'll get there). We love to be able to stock up the food bank and give to our small group when they need stuff. This will greatly enable us to do so much more!!

I ony take pix when I do REALLY well...> 85% ...DH is amused when he sees me stacking groceries for pix

DH says...'no pix, must be average day'

I am averaging 51% across ALL shopping, including meat and other items with no Qs...goal is 50%, so I am ahead right now!

don't really have a stockpile...just full cabinets, freezer, closets, etc

I love to show my husband!! One day, I said, "See, Honey, this is what I want my stockpile to look like someday, and you thought I was bad". He looked at it and his eyes got as big as saucers and all he could do was shake his head. He always thought I was batty for having 30 bars of soap and then going and getting more when I got more coupons, but now I think he's starting to understand the whole thing, I've not bought shampoo, conditioner or soap full price (probably not even half price) in over a year! He goes and tells all of his buddies about my "crazy obsession" at work and now he's got a couple of guys offering to pay me to do their shopping! I sent him to the store one day with a detailed grocery list and coupons because the kids were sick and I just wanted to stay home with them instead of doing the shopping myself. When he got to the register and the cashier started ringing up the coupons, she said, "Where do you get all of these coupons" and he told her, "My wife collects them" and I could tell that he was so embarrassed by the whole ordeal, but just the other day, he came home from stopping off to get dog food and cat food and walked through that door just as big as could be! I said, "What?" and said, "Woohoo, woot woot, I just saved $12 all by myself, yaaaay!" He was so excited because he had gotten a great deal and I didn't even have to tell him what to do!

My husband thinks I'm insane for taking pictures of my shopping trips! I can't help it, he sees me stacking up the stuff and he just turns the other way and shakes his head! I love to take the pictures and then I post them on myspace for all of my family and friends to see, I can't help but brag when I get a great deal!

My husband loves it. When we look at other people's pics, we dream of having a room just for the stockpile when we build a house in a few years! And now when I come home from a shopping trip, he likes for me to put all my freebies on the kitchen table and take pics. I put the pics on my Facebook page because my friends love to see what I get!

I show everyone that comes to my house and they are amazed!! When I show them my stockpile they are also amazed and usually leave with a little of everything.

same here...DH thinks I'm silly. Does not understand how I do it, thinks it's "Stealing"......and thinks coupons are for poor people. My DD who is 3 appreciates it though, she helps me clip them!

I got upset today at DH, we were at Home Depot and he bought a pack of MnM's......I said "Dave, we have 30+ candy bars at home, including MnM's...can't you wait 5 min? We are only 3 miles away???" He goes "NO. I WONT WAIT." Grrr.

Then he wanted to stop for supper on the way I said "no, sorry. I dont coupon so you can eat out." LMAO!

im not to the point were i take pics yet but i do get out things that i payed hardly anything for and i get so giddy about it he probaly thinks im nuts but he knows this is something im passionate about because i want to be able to get this down to a pat were i can save much more money on grocerys
