| How long have you been stockpiling? Just curious, how long everyone has been stockpiling. I will start. I have only been doing it for 5 months.   |

| I have been doing it for not even 2 months! But I'm just now getting REALLY good at it! All the deals when I started out, weren't as good of deals as I'm finding now! But hey I was new! And I've already had to move my pile from my closet to the garage and just use my closet for the food! YAHOO!!! |

| My pile is all over the house. I started with a list of what I had, where it was located. I gave up on that about the 17th truckload. Now there is toothpaste in the bedroom drawers........I am thinking of turning the third bedroom into a walk in closet with the system of drawers and all like you see in the advertisements and making one whole wall for just storage shelves for supplies............I have been marking my goods with the price they actually cost me, and sometimes "sell" to a relative in need........ |

 Stockpiling I've been stockpiling for 11 months now. It really came in handy after hurricane IKE blew through. Our grocery stores still aren't fully stocked, and that's if you find one with electricity. Stockpiling is definitely worth it and not just so save money, but for emergencies too.! |

| I started stockpiling when I started couponing heavily in 1998 but have been a couponing since my teen years... I turn 40 this year. It has came in handy a few times due to lost jobs, etc. I let my stockpile dwindle down in some areas after we moved 6 years ago and now I'm starting to rebuild those (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) |

| I got started in June, I think. I have lots of toothpaste, toothbrushes, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner, Buddies, Febreze Noticeables, Glade Plugins, shaving cream, diapers, wipes, baby bath products, and bottled water. I really need to work more on stockpiling food. |

| I have been at it for about 4 weeks and I keep wanting to go back for more everyday. My kids are 2 and 3 and they are really doing a good job tolerating all the shopping trips. I do sometimes make some late night trips. My husband has been out of town and he will flip when he gets home to find that I bought 9 bottles of purex this week as well as 6 air wick and who know how many shampoo and cond. It's really fun though. |

| I love it - have always done it to some degree w/stuff I know is a great deal. Starting finding more of the "FREE" and almost free stuff since I join here. I don't have enough room to seriously stockpile - so I try to donate some to the foodshelf regularly. My husband does laugh (crys) when he sees some of it...lots of Cheerios & toothpaste! |

| My son is 8, im a single mom so Ive been 'stockpiling' heavily for the better part of 8 years... It has been a lifesaver at times... I cant count on child support, and right now im back in school to change careers so this stock pile is keeping us going at months end. People may say, you are a family of 2 what do you need 24 jars of pasta sauce for, ummmm have you seen my kid eat?? 24 jars last 12 weeks around here I lost track of all the $$ i 'saved' and stuff i've gotten for free but in 8 years ive NEVER paid for johnsons buddies soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc. Im now kicking myself for boycotting walgreens until last month, why didnt i realize the rebates paid me to take stuff home?? LOL So to answer you question... Ive been a chronic stockpiler for 8 years.... But all of my adult life ive been on the lookout for a good sale |

| 6 weeks for me and I have learned so much! I have wondered to myself why did I not start this 19 years ago when I married my wonderful husband. Oh the money we could have saved! |
