| Workout Challenge- {Friday 3/9/12 + weekend challenge} Today we are going to do Wednesdays challenge again. This time I will do 1 round of kettlebells and a circuit of the stability ball workout. Today looks like its going to be a gorgeous day- so a jog is definitely in the plan. The weekend challenge you can choose any day to do it. Today, Saturday or Sunday. Do 12 reps per side, per exercise. ![]() How are you all liking the weekly challenges? Are they at all tempting for you to do? Too hard? Not hard enough? I want to keep us all motivated and getting healthy! So any input is appreciated! Have a great weekend everyone!!! ![]()

Alright- So I just felt like running today! So here are the routes DD and I took. Roughly 2.6 miles in 30 minutes!
