I sent this link to my BFF Who has a personal trainer @ Bally's & everyday she has to enter on there website all the food she ate listing all the calories, sodium, fat, etc.

That is a really neat site.. Thanks for posting. I really need to get on track. I have until the end of June to get into a bathing suit and look nice! Maybe that will help me!
