I would love to start a AFC weight loss group. It could start right now but will take full force on January 2.
This will be an easy loss group
If you watch the Oprah show...Dr OZ always says its the waist line that counts
so instead of stressing out when we gain muscle...we will watch our waist line

Rules for my fun group
1. You have to want to be here and have a good sense of humor
2. I have failed and have a lapband in me but still can eat...telling you folks up front
3. I have found a page that will pay you to participate in the program and I nor anyone will check up on you...so you have till January 2 to fill in the forms that will benefit you
4. We can motivate each other and if you allow it we will each have a secret motivator who will send you positive messages thru the mail and your personal mailbox (aol or yahoo account) that you must give me permission to release
5. Number 4 will know your name that you go on AFC
6. WHen I was once on Richard Simmons page that had a personal motivator and I think it was called your secret friend..well she sent me just cute cards randomly and we would thank on the thread...it was wonderful
7. I am in my early fifties and have done everything to lose the fluffiness but had lost some weight than family problems stopped my exercising.

The reason I am taking it slow
it is the holidays
and I have to take a test for a business license on
the last day of December

THE MAIN GOAL is losing the stomach
then all health programs will diminish

WEIGHT loss can be discussed but we must motivate each other on the waistline because that is where the health issues are
