yesterday I had: 1 cup of grapes, snack 1 cup of steamed brown rice with squash, zucchini, & onions 1 cup of carrots more grapes, snack munched on some cucumber slices.. and snuck a few pieces of imitation crab meat in..i love this stuff so much..felt bad about cheating, but it's really not bad for you at all..lots of protein, zero fat..ok im done justifying my cheat, haha |

You did quite good yesterday EMS Cakes! I didn't do that good. I had: 3 cups of Bing Cherries 4 Egg Whites 1.5 Cups of Apple Jacks (thanks to the kelloggs deal that started yesterday with the MIR) 1 Cup of milk (to go with the cereal) 5 Milano cookies It wouldn't have been that bad if I didn't dig into the cookies. Good thing there are no more in the house! |

Today: 1/2 cup green grapes 1 cup baby carrots 1 fiber one yogurt 1/2 cup of this chicken/salsa/corn stuff I made in the crockpot dinner will be oatmeal with a little honey |

| Haha, I just drank a bottle of water instead..booorrrrinngggg!! No seriously though, I really think I have lost at least a few pounds, my tummy feels so much flatter and I can feel my double chin shrinking I can't wait to jump on that scale on friday!!! woohoooo thanks pookey and everyone else for all your encouragement, we can do this ladies!! |

Looking for an update on how this is going for you ladies. I have been dieting & in 1 week could pull my jeans down w/o unbuttoning or unzipping them. But has not been a healthy way of doing it. I am very intereted in this & wondering how you're doing after a month. The smoothies that you are making... can you use low fat frozen yogurt in them? How long does phase 1 last? Are you onto phase 2 yet? Blessings! |

Ok I have to admit I couldn't stick to this diet for more than a couple weeks. I lost 4 lbs in the first 5 days, but I didn't feel that it was entirely healthy. I am just sticking to my own diet of eating lean meats, plenty of veggies, lots of fiber, and exercising. I haven't seen such drastic results as I did on FS, but I'm happier and my stomach is happier as well |

I didn't stick to it either. It was nice to see the lbs drop the first week but then it got harder to eat what was on the list. It was getting alittle boring. I have to admit, I haven't been dieting lately as I should be but, it is what it is. I am going to try to get on the Fat Smash Plan again this week though (after the holiday of coarse). I already have my list of what veggies and fruits to pick up at the store. |
