| Ok, lets get this moving a bit.
The other stores have been great with the Living well and the buy x get $5 ONYO and stuff but Staters is a constant for good deals. In the ad that starts Weds 5-13 .... The best deal is buy 10 Powerades and get a free case (24) of Dasani Water (in ad, Staters coupon). I just went on ebay (I know some of you hate this) and bought 5 coupons that are buy 10 powerades get 5 free (5 coupons for 2.99) so if I do this 5 times I will have 75 bottles of Powerade and 5 cases of Dasani for $50 plus my 2.99. Summer is coming and this might get us thru a month of it. Other deals. London Broil 1.67lb Large Cantaloupe .39 lb Yoplait 10/$4 (with in ad coupon) Sunny D, .99 boneless chuck roast 1.57 (little warm for pot roast but thats a great deal) C Knorr lipton sides 10/10 Rosarita refried beans 10/10 Oscar Meyer hot dogs 3/$3 with in ad coupon Good luck

Kraft BBQ Sauce: $1.00 Use $1 printable from Kraft.com to get it free!! Also, don't forget to use 40 cents off 6 Yoplait coupon, I'm pretty sure Staters will take a Staters and manufacturer coupon together. I'm going to try it! |

| London Broil Recipe
London broil is a very lean piece of meat, that if left whole or cut into steaks needs to be grilled no more than med rare or you might as well eat a piece of leather. If you do not prefer bloody goodness, you can always have the butcher grind it into burger and that's really good as well.

I do it under the broiler usually- as PP says, only until about med. Then cut it on the bias and it's not too bad. I also usually marinate it in whatever I have laying around.

I bought a bunch last week and made beef jerky out of it. As far as steak the Top Sirloin is 10x better, on sale this week for 2.27 I think.
