With the gasoline prices the way they are, I was wondering how everyone is doing their movie rentals these days.

I am picking up the movies if I am in the area or I bike to pick them up. Their is a redbox about 2 miles from my house. Free gas, free exercise and free redbx movie for the kids!

I also get a lot of free movies on demand (comcast cable), and I rent free from library. I rent (pay) maybe once a month or so.

I've been doing netflix for so long now i wouldn't even know what to do in a video store

We do have ppv, but at $3.99/movie I would only get to watch 4 movies a month with the price i pay for my membership at netflix which usually results in 10-12 movies/month.

We love Netflix! We definitely get our money's worth and don't have to do much, just add movies to our online list and mail them back when we are done. We've been a member for 1 1/2 yrs and really like it!

We don't rent a lot in the summer, when we do, we get them from the video store, really close to our house. Lately though we have been getting movies from our library! Free and you get them for a week.

i love netflix 12.99 month unlimited movie/2 at a time.and watch online free unlimited..great deal!

It's conveniently next to my grocery store and with a 5 day rental, it's perfect.

I tried Netflix and it got lost in the mail, etc. I don't even know how to use pay per view!

We do the Blockbuster online - I love being able to take the used ones back to the store and pick a new one

Although when we 1st started it was 3 out at a time w/ unlimited instore exchanges for 17.99 and then it went up to 24.99 and then 34.99..YIKES! I know there are cheaper plans but we watch movies all the time after or son goes to sleep.

I am thinking about signing up for home delivery and am not sure which is best out of the 3 I know of. We so not have a Blockbuster store nearby, so no advantage over the others there...so what online rental is the best?

I get my videos at the super market they have the machine. I log on to
DVDXpress
reserve my movie and then simply swipe my credit card and out it comes..it is $1.09 must be returned by 7:00pm the following evening or its another $1.00 per day.

I did Blockbuster Online, like Monica, until they closed all of them around me. With no more incentive, I went back to netflix, because I like it better.

We do Netflix which we really like. However we watch very few movies during the summer and so I've thought about cancelling the membership until fall and just using Redbox.

Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Redbox?
