It was at CVS last week. they were 2/$6 and $5ECB back if you bought $15 per coupon making them 67c or free if you had a $4/20 coupon. The same sales seem to cycle round alot

You can only get one per quarter, and I've always gotten the ones I've ordered. Hopefully this one gets there for you

Mine did that as well - there are 2 items that you have to select which one you want. I think it was the HE and the coupon for Stain Release. So once you select those it should work.
