Their offer period must be all inclusive. I requested the sample last year and it hasn't reset. Oh well, my kitties prefer Friskies anyway!

You could try a different email address? I have msn, yahoo, gmail, ect...

Thanks! When I confirmed, it showed a $3 coupon for Iams even though it offered the free bag. We'll see what comes! Thanks for posting!

I had the same problem. I did contact P&G (because I had just signed up and had never requested coupons from them) and they said that a customer service rep would contact me. That was a week ago. Still waiting P&G........
