 no overages?
I found kraft bbq sauce for .89 today so I was going to use my 1.00/ kraft bbq IP's they wouldn't let me do it. They said that it was overage...but I know I have done this before cause I got free wipes a couple of weeks ago. They wouldn't even change the price to 1.00 so I could use the coupon. Has anyone ever had this problem before?

I almost had the problem once but then the cashier looked at the coupon and said it was the correct item so she "forced it" as she said. I wonder if its just some cashiers. I even did the Kraft BBQ sauce and it didn't beep surprisingly so he didn't need to adjust it.

I am hoping it was just the cashier I am going back tonight to see my fav cashier he always hooks me up.

I had the same problem today.. I went to one Smith's last night and the girl did not even pay attention but I had a bunch of items. Today when I went the lady went back and looked at how much they cost and adjusted the coupon to the $.89 and I just had the BBQ sauce and pizza then my fiance was behind me with another order of the BBQ sauce and kool aid it may have tipped her off. They where also two diffrent Smith's.
