| Shoprite Family Reward Points
I'm only a few dollars away from 100 points and my $2 off reward. The website says that Purina counts towards the rewards but when I bought a few dollars in Purina Friskies my points didn't change on my receipt yesterday or online today. Does anyone know if the points get credited instantly or do they have a lag? The other problem might be that this is a new type of Purina Friskies cat food and maybe they haven't updated their system. If this cat food won't work, I could just go back and get my dog some Beneful before 4/28 so that I can get my reward.

I been to Shoprite twice in the last 2 days points instantly appeared.

I went tonight and grabbed 2 Benefuls, it seemed like I got credit for all the Purina Friskies plus the Benefuls tonight because my points went from 97 to 103. I don't know why the Friskies didn't credit yesterday.

From all my visits (I keep track), they appear on my receipt immediately

My points disappeared from my account the other day.. Then reappeared the next day.. Sometimes they dont show up on the bottom of my receipt at all.. It is a weird glitch i think..

| 100 point redemption gone?
I just checked the Shoprite Family site and I did not see any redemption levels below 200 points for $4. There used to be a 100 for $2 reward. At 200 points, the program is useless to me because I will never get to that level before the points expire. I just sent SR email telling them this. Others might want to do so as well if you feel this way. I just did a 100 point redemption a week ago, so this is new.

I noticed the same thing. I have 150 points and can't redeem them since the 100 pt. rewards are gone. I will be contacting Shoprite as well. I thought that I missed something and had an error. I am glad that I not the only one upset about this. Quote:

It could have something to do with the points that expired on 4/28 As soon as that date came and went everything under 200 points disappeared.. So i am also stuck with the unused point balance just under 200 points..
