Help Sign Does anybody know how do returs work?
I used my $$ dd on a trasaction wich turn out awfull because they didnt want to take my smart balance coupon. Please help me

They will return what ever was charged for the item... you will get the full value... they will not discount it because the total was less... They aren't going to return your DD coupons...

If the item was 2.99 you will get 2.99 even if you used a coupon on it... they will submit the coupon for the reimbursement.

Can't u just go back with the coupons? My store allows that.

Bring the receipt, item and unused coupon to the service desk for an adjustment. If the coupon is not redeemable there, you would have the option of returning the item and getting full credit for the item.
