Angry Problem with Family Points

I thought I had until August 29th to redeem my points for things. I logged on tonight to do this and my points were wiped clean. I was down to the $32 I spent on this evening's shopping. Anyone else had this problem? I emailed customer service so that they could look into this, but I am soooo mad! I lost about $200 worth of points if they don't fix this!!

Update

This is a new program revamped, they started doing a 3 month cycle. You have 3 months to get points then you need to redeem them by the end of the cycle.
Another thing also was after the new cycle starts you have up to 1 month to use the old points.

So if you have points now don't worry it shows up as zero becuase the new cycle started on Aug 2.
They said that an IT person is working on this problem and if it does not show up in a few days to a week to call them back and they will help you. They have track of your points so not to worry.




I don't know if I like this. I don't get that many points and anything good is not worth it to me.
Just like the baby bucks they changed.

I agree- they changed the baby bucks and now i never make it in the time limit! i do use the family points for $2 off coupons though!

The way I look at this is as follows....
I am signed up for the program and if I make enough points to get a $2 Q or something else that's great, if not No Big Deal.
I'm shopping sales like I always do and not buying anything specifically to earn points, so if some of my purchases end up qualifying me for a reward that's a BONUS!!!!

I noticed on my receipt today that my points were wiped down to $11.99 and I had over $200 worth in there. I'll have to go in and redeem them ASAP.
