Hi.

I'm sorry our coupon caused some confusion. Space limitations sometimes prevent us from showing all the versions that a coupon can be redeemed for. And sometimes the package size or version pictured is not the same as that mentioned in the text that appears. The wording on the coupon always determines what products the coupon can be used for.

Of course, we can't force a retailer to accept coupons and often stores develop their own policies regarding coupon redemption. Your local store may have such a policy or they may not be familiar with our coupon redemption rules.

I don't know, wish I had received a more concrete answer just for future reference. I specifically asked if the vicks coupon could be used on the puffs w/ vicks.

I believe you're the person who said you'd do this on a (removed) thread I started about using an "any Vicks product" Q exactly this way? P&G sounds more lenient in their coupon redemption policies than most of us thought, and I really wasn't doing anything wrong.

On a sidenote, it's a really great marriage of two products. Surprised it took them such a long time after developing the lotion tissues to come out with this.

Another side note - has anyone else tried these tissues? My kids used them once and then refused to ever use them again! They said they smelled horrible (that good old Vicks smell). I have about 4 boxes unopened that have to go back.

I really liked these tissues, my husband hated them though. I do like the smell of vicks but my husband was complaining they were making his eyes water all the way from the night stand!

I haven't tried them, too funny about your dh though :-). I like the smell of vicks from a distance.
