If you are exceptionally pleased with your service at shoprite, or happy with the way an employee there helped you, call the 1800-SHOPRITE number or email through their website. The workers at shoprite don't get any employee perks like some other chains do, but they do have an incentive program where documented complements from customers earns them gift cards. Unfortunately, documented does not mean just going to the manager and telling them. It has to go through the customer service center.
I used to work there and I would tell people all the time when they would complement a cashier to me, so I thought I would let everyone here know as well.

Good to know! My store is so great-- I really like the cashiers, the deli counter help, the CS desk help-- all around, the employees are terrific!

(Okay, to be honest, the store itself is kinda outdated and set up a bit strange, but the PEOPLE are great!!).
