I just came from Shoppers and I'm livid. I'd forgotten to get Hawaiian rolls on my last trip, but they were such a great deal (10 for $10 on 12 oz package) that I made a special trip to buy them. I never buy Hawaiian rolls, but my husband likes them.

Anyway, it takes me forever to find them in the store. Then there are no prices on the display, so I grab two different sizes and the circular to make sure I have the right ones. Then the 12 oz package rings up over $3. I show the cashier the circ and she calls over an assistant manager who is just as confused as she is. Finally, they call the manager, who says that they have a retraction printed at the cust serv desk and that the deal was for the 4.4 oz rolls.



So because someone in their marketing dept. made a mistake, I wasted gas and ended up leaving without the big package of rolls. I did take the 4.4 oz package, because I'd planned to serve rolls this week, but that's not so great of a deal.

I think I'm officially done with Shoppers.
