Ok so here is my delima, I am wondering which is a better plan of attack, . I have the option of shopping at bloom for triples (they let me take my groceries out to my car and come back as many times as I want but, I can only do 20 q's at one time) and then go to shoppers and do $1 doublers. Or, I can drive 15 extra minutes and do unlimited triples at the other shoppers and then on my way home do the dollar doublers at the other shoppers. I have only shopped at shoppers once and want to make sure their prices are worth not doing triples at bloom. sorry so long, . TIA

This is a hard question because it's really going to depend on what you need and what coupons you have.
If it were me, I'd hit the dollar doublers first. These seem to becoming less common in my area and I wouldn't want to miss out. If it were between shopper's and bloom triples, I'd probably do bloom triples first just because I know that I've made out better there for somethings, like paper goods, cleaning supplies, muir glen (my shopper's doesn't carry), dairy stuff, etc... On the other hand, I know that my shopper's frosting is cheaper than bloom's and I need more of that, so I'd go to shopper's for that. Rice is cheaper at shopper's and so is cereal - unless it's on sale at bloom. You have to look and judge what you need. Hope that helps some.

I don't shop much at Shoppers, so I don't know how their prices are compared to Bloom. I like Bloom b/c I know where everything is and usually know their prices. I'm going to Shoppers this weekend to take advantage of triples. Since you can do $1 doubles, I would suggest using those first since you can't use those very often. Sorry I'm not very helpful. My plan is to go to Shoppers first for their triples and get as much as I can for free there since there is no limit on coupons and follow up with Bloom for the other items. Some things give overages at Bloom (like I think Eggo Waffles will this time). I have to drive either way. The closest Shoppers is 40 miles away and the closest Bloom is 23 miles away, but soooo worth it.
