I'm not sure if this was a state wide thing, but my local paper, the Washington Post which usually places the next sale circular in the paper could not be found anywhere in MD! I get the ad in the junk mail that comes with the regular mail.Did you check in your junk mail ?
When I get The Washington Post, I don't usually get the sale ad for Shoppers.But I buy from the news stand so maybe home delivery gets it

Sorry for the delayed response since the sale is now over, I usually get a gander at the sale on Wednesdays, but since last week was the day after the elections I guess the failed to place them in the paper that week in my area. My job did not get a copy of the Nov. 11 Washington Post unitl 11/12.
