We went to Shop n Save this evening for Coupon Thursday and got some great deals. I got $50 worth of stuff, and DH-to-be got $50 worth of stuff.

The 8-ct package of Wonder hamburger and hot dog buns are on sale for $0.90. That's a great enough price for me, but the deal was sweetened when I saw a tearpad q by the Wonder display for a coupon to save $1 on hot dogs or sausage when you buy 2 Wonder products. Farmland hot dogs are on sale for $1, so free hot dogs!

Also, there's the deal where you buy 4 12-packs of Coke products for $11.88, and you get a 5th 12-pack free AND 2 free packages of Hillshire Farm sausage. Since these are free after coupon, their price counted towards the $50 total.

I'm glad we waited till this week to do our shopping for our bbq party.

EDIT: I should also note the price of the Hillshire Farm sausage is $2.50 each. So $5 in free sausage and $3 in free soda with every 4 12-packs of Coke!
