The ad for this week has the Quaker Oatmeal boxes (all varities) for 4/$10 and there are $1/1 Quaker Oatmeal Qs on a tearpad + Shop n Save has a $3 off your purchase of 5 Quaker Oatmeal in their ad, so cheap oatmeal would end up being 5/$5.50 or $1.10 each for Quaker Oatmeal using the $3/5 Q and the $1/1 Qs!

5 Quaker Oatmeal @ $2.50 each=$12.50
- 4 $1/1 Qs=$8.50
- 1 $3 off 5 products=$5.50/5

Also, this Thursday 1/15/09 is No Coupon Thursday so it's $10/$50 purchase.

can we use the $3 off Q in the ad with the other Q? the in ad Q is a manufacturer's Q not a store Q.

Yup, that is why I am buying the 5 products, using 4 of the $1/1 and the $3/5 Q would apply to the fifth Quaker product....I have done it twice now, as this type of oatmeal goes fast in my house...especially in the winter, and no problem using 5 Qs for the 5 items!!

I didn't even think you could do that. Thanks, I'll try it tonight if I can find the tearpad qs. Probably not, as I can't shop till I get off work tonight. I really hope so, though, cause I eat A LOT of oatmeal, even during the summertime. Fills me up so I don't eat higher-calorie things (I try really hard to watch my weight). I hope they have some of the good deals we're looking for. Please let there be some Jack's Pizza left! Fingers crossed that they have a decent selection of Healthy Choice soup left. They had blinkies at Schnucks $0.55/2, which I made off with quite a few. Plan on getting 30 $1 HC, use 15 $0.55/2, and then getting the $7 Catalina. There are so many good deals on groceries we use all the time, we might actually do TWO $50 (Before qs, of course!) transactions.

Oh, also the vegetable Progresso soup is $1. If you haven't printed off the 1.10/1 coupons yet, you can get it free... With overage?? Does Shop N Save even allow overage?? I've never tried it, but I had my fiance print two $1.10 qs off at work, so we're going to try it tonight. Maybe it won't beep, cause I also printed off $2/4 coupons, so we wouldn't be getting all of them for free anyways.

I'm going to get 5 of the granola bars. They are 5 for $10. I'm going to use the $3 off coupon in the ad plus two of the $1/2 coupons (RP 1/4) so I'll get 5 boxes for $5, $1/box. I hope they have that many still available when I go.

That's exactly what I did. The cashier had to push the last $1 coupon through, but interestingly enough she didn't want to take my $1.10/1 Progresso coupons.
