was expecting $10, $3.50,$4.00 and $1.00 waaaaa!!!

I scanned my card last too!

If you got to the cat thread there is a number to call.... maybe the machine was not loaded with paper. I did 6 crescent rolls and 5 fruit snacks and got my cats so it was probably a machine issue.

Yes call catalina. Also if that happens again and you arn't in a rush try to get them to re-ring it on another register. They can do it and then void the order after the cats print.

I scan my card last if I'm at SCO just to make sure I get over my $25 mark (showing the PSP first) It does not matter if you get the Cat or not

This happened to me yesterday, and the cashier called the manager over he opened the maching and low and behold it wasn't loaded properly the tape was left on it the manager rerang at another register and gave me 10 extra for my troubles!

Happened to me today--the machine wasn't working; I went to customer service and they promptly took one of my items to a different register and printed it (not sure what they did to print it though); they didn't even check my receipt!

Call catalina, the # is in the 1st post of the catalina thread. I called in re: to the last promo (spend $10 and get $3 back) and not receiving the catalina coupons. I had to wait a while but they are going to send me the coupons. Save your receipt. They will need it. Good Luck! Keep us updated.

I messed up a transaction last night, too, and I'm kicking myself. I purchased the following:

3 Pillsbury Cookie dough - 2 black cats and 1 ghosts
1 Pillsbury Simply Cookies
2 Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 Progresso Broth
2 BC Potatoes

It was about $28 PSP but I only got the $4 Pillsbury cat, not the $10 GM cat.

I'm guessing the black cats and ghosts weren't included - I checked when I got home and couldn't find the UPCs on the list.

Ah, well - I get enough freebies that I can shrug off one mistake
